Due to the weight and size of some of our products, once the team arrive, it is the customer's responsibility to move any pets and minors out of harms' way during the installation for safety reasons.
Once a delivery slot is confirmed by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they will be available to receive goods, otherwise a re-delivery charge will apply.
Please always inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. Failed deliveries that have been agreed will result in re-delivery / cancellation charges. Late cancelled orders, where the item has been dispatched to the courier for delivery will incur a charge to redeliver the items back to us.
Standard delivery to UK Mainland addresses only. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands are all not included within our free delivery service.
Orders above £700 will meet the free standard delivery requirement. Orders below £700 Exc Vat will incur a delivery charge, which will be confirmed by the sales team on receipt of order.
Delivery lead time is 3-5 working days from receipt and payment of an order for Mainland UK and Scotland, and 5-7 working days for Ireland and the Channel Islands. Customers will be informed of an approximate delivery date upon ordering Goods. Standard delivery will be delivered at kerb side or to the door.
All documentation (Delivery notes, Return notes) must be signed by an authorised member of the Customer’s staff and the Twenty 10 Driver delivering the order (wherever applicable).
If you do not take delivery of the goods on the scheduled date without providing the minimum 24 hours notice, at our discretion and without prejudice to any other rights, we reserve the right to charge a standard delivery fee to recover transport and administration costs.
In the event of a processing error which has resulted in the wrong Goods being despatched to the Customer, Twenty 10 Designs will, at our discretion, arrange the re-delivery of the correct Goods with our assigned courier at our expense
Next Day Delivery
* Customers will only be eligible for next day delivery if the order is placed and paid by 12 pm Tuesday to Friday. No MOQ is required however there will be a next day delivery charge which the sales team will confirm on order.
